Essential Amino Acids

EAA contains all 9 essential amino acids (EAA): phenylalanine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself and thus must be taken through diet and/or supplements.

Studies show that EAAs have the most powerful effect on muscle protein synthesis (muscle building) compared to BCAAs or leucine alone . A dose of 10g of EAA would be sufficient to maximise muscle building.

EAA drink is a vegan low-sugar and low-fat amino acid drink with tropical fruit flavour. This drink contains as much as 10g of essential amino acids per serving, including 6g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio.

Who can benefit from EAA?
