I’m very confident on me and my performance when I’m in a good shape and as an Etixx ambassador I’ve been progressing on my trainings and competition thanks to their confidence on me and their big product range.

My favourite Etixx products
For endurance trainings the best product for me are the Energy Sport Bars. I usually eat one each long training 2h or more and I’ve been feeling stronger since I start eating on my trainings. I also love the Nutritional Energy Gel for competition, I love the flavor and the concentration of sugar for every gel is perfect.

Athletics (3000 m steeplechase and cross) - I am Jeroen D'hoedt and my main sport is athletics (middle distance). In addition, I also enjoy a huge number of other sports including cycling, tennis, mountain biking, etc. I do these sports mainly in the ‘off season’ or as an alternative due to injury. The nice thing is that Etixx has the right products for each of these sports in its range, ensuring optimum recovery between training sessions. I have also been able to take part in a few Etixx events such as the Ghent-Wevelgem Cyclo, a fantastic experience!

Table tennis - I am a motivated person who likes to keep busy, you can usually find me with a full diary and a smile on my face. I became an ambassador for Etixx this year, but I have been using the products for much longer. I often suffer from energy dips and I have found the solution to this in Etixx’s products, including the Sport Gummies and the Energy Sport Bars. But, looking forward to the Recovery products afterwards can also increase motivation during training. The Etixx ambassadors team is a great group and I am proud to be a part of it!

Trail running, running, cycling, and triathlon - sport has been a part of my life since I was a child. When I discovered trail running through my climbing partner at the end of 2015, this sport grew into my biggest passion next to cycling. Covering ultra-distances over inhospitable terrain. Overcoming yourself, nature and the elements after an endless battle. Finishing a challenging trail run or skyrace gives me great satisfaction. Running gives me the faith and mental strength to keep going at all times. Both on a professional, personal and sports level. Etixx is an important link in this chain. You find the necessary willpower, determination and physical capability within yourself. But having the right nutrition before, during and after exercise can sometimes be the key to success.
