Running, cycling and strength training - I am addicted to exercise and the feeling of exploring and extending my limits while exercising. Sport is a very large part of my life, which I definitely could not do without now. I have had very good experience with the Etixx products during my long endurance training sessions and with the recovery products. Good quality, nutritious and they taste really delicious.

The Recovery Shake PRO LINE (chocolate) is perfect before and after long endurance training, I use this a lot. The Magnesium tablets/sticks are also perfect for keeping the legs light. The Energy Sport Bars are the perfect way to take in sugars fast before a training session and what’s more, they taste really delicious.

Athletics (3000 m steeplechase and cross) - I am Jeroen D'hoedt and my main sport is athletics (middle distance). In addition, I also enjoy a huge number of other sports including cycling, tennis, mountain biking, etc. I do these sports mainly in the ‘off season’ or as an alternative due to injury. The nice thing is that Etixx has the right products for each of these sports in its range, ensuring optimum recovery between training sessions.
