Hi. I am Robbert Slagers, I am most happy when I run that gives me so much joy. I did different sports like korfball, hockey and basketball. Until my son's BSO school asked if I wanted to join the kids run of the Eindhoven Marathon. I liked it so much and it was a great experience that I started getting into running. I started training to get my fitness level up, so that I could start achieving my goal of running a longer distance at the Eindhoven Marathon one day.
Then I also started my Instagram page to share my passion for running with other people to motivate them to start running. Due to my work as a truck driver, it is not always easy to find time to train. Time that I have I try to train to achieve my next goal. Also, I want to show that anyone can run as long as you believe that anything is possible, even you can achieve it.

I drink the Recovery Shake PRO LINE after heavy workouts and races. I also use the Isotonic to keep my energy levels up during races and replenish my minerals and, of course, the energy gels are also great during races and training sessions.

Over the past eight years, I have learned a lot from my experiences with running, both what works and what doesn’t. These experiences have allowed me to listen to my body. Due to my PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), sports have become an important outlet for me. At the same time, I try to help as many people as possible by giving them advice, so that they can also benefit from what I have learned.

My name is Clémence Beretta, and I'm a professional athlete specialising in the 20 km race walk. I train once or twice a day, guided by a strong philosophy: focusing on the process rather than the outcome, while staying aligned in mind, heart, and body. Over the years and through 16 selections for the French national team, my approach has evolved significantly. I’ve developed a deep awareness of my body and sensations, prioritising my mental well-being and personal balance over an obsession with the stopwatch.
