These competitions offer riders the opportunity to gain experience against the world’s best while continuing to develop within a professional environment.

Youth Development: Building Tomorrow’s Champions
The youth development program lies at the heart of Minimax Cycling Team. From an early age, young riders are given the opportunity to discover competitive cycling in a structured and supportive environment. The focus is not only on performance, but also on learning, enjoyment, and building confidence on and off the bike.
Through tailored coaching, guidance, and race opportunities, the team helps young athletes develop their skills step by step, preparing them for higher levels of competition. This strong foundation ensures a natural progression within the team, allowing talented riders to grow into the elite structure while staying within the same supportive framework.
