Shipping

We work together with Bpost to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order.

  • Free shipping from €75
  • Orders under €75: €6.95 shipping fee

Delivery time

We make sure your order is processed quickly.

  • Belgium: If you order from Monday to Thursday before 10 PM, your package will be processed the same day by Bpost and usually delivered the next working day. For orders placed after 10 PM or on other days, please allow 2 working days for delivery.
  • The Netherlands: If you order from Monday to Thursday before 10 PM, your package will be processed the same day by Post NL and usually delivered within 1–2 working days. For orders placed after 10 PM or on other days, please allow 2 working days for delivery.
  • France: If you order from Monday to Thursday before 10 PM, your package will be processed the same day by Fedex and usually delivered within 2–6 working days. For orders placed after 10 PM or on other days, please allow 3–6 working days for delivery.
  • Other European countries: Delivery within 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.

You can easily track your order status via the Track & Trace link you receive by email.

Not at home for delivery?

If you are not at home, Bpost will leave a note in your mailbox. With this note, you can collect your package at the nearest post office or pickup point.

Undelivered or incorrect deliveries

If a package is returned because it was not collected at the pickup point or because the address details were incorrect, we will refund the full amount of your order to your account.

You can safely pay with:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Bancontact, iDeal, KBC/CBC, Belfius
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return a product within 7 days after receipt.

  • Returns within this period are free of charge.
  • After 7 days, returns are no longer possible.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.

How to return?

  1. Send an email to info@etixxsports.com including:
    • Your full name
    • The order number of your purchase
    • The product(s) you wish to return
  2. You will receive a return label by email.
  3. Place the return label clearly over the original shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at a Bpost pickup point or post office.

Important

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Refunds are always made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, including the shipping costs paid with the order.
