During a long endurance run: Isotonic Drink Energy Gel. Very easy to absorb and you can feel the effect instantly. To recover from longer endurance runs or after cycle tours, I use the Etixx Recovery Shake PRO LINE, chocolate flavour, in ice cold water, it’s heaven!

I am a ex professional swimmer. In December 2024, after competing in three Olympic Games and swimming for 30 years, I decided to step aside from competitive swimming. However, I am a natural athlete and have already started pursuing new challenges, such as playing tennis, completing my first half marathon, and participating in my first sprint triathlons.
