Let’s kick it! On Sunday, March 1st, 2026, you’ll kick off the Flemish cycling spring during the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad Cyclo. Just like the pros the day before, it’s your turn to experience the classic season opener on your road bike.
The Omloop Het Nieuwsblad Cyclo offers four distances: 60, 80, 125 and 150 km. All routes start in Ghent, in the province of East Flanders.
Start the Flemish cycling spring with some iconic and punchy climbs such as the Molenberg, Berendries, and the legendary Muur van Geraardsbergen. You’ll also take on several iconic cobbled sections, including Paddestraat, Kerkgate, and Haaghoek. A true Flandrien opener to the season!
