My name is Laly Porentru and I'm 17. I started triathlon and athletics 9 years ago with the aim of one day reaching the top level. I am French traithlon champion. I played for a number of clubs before winning my first national selection last December.

My name is Clémence Beretta, and I'm a professional athlete specialising in the 20 km race walk. I train once or twice a day, guided by a strong philosophy: focusing on the process rather than the outcome, while staying aligned in mind, heart, and body. Over the years and through 16 selections for the French national team, my approach has evolved significantly. I’ve developed a deep awareness of my body and sensations, prioritising my mental well-being and personal balance over an obsession with the stopwatch.
