Bram Moerman

Hi, I am a Ghent masters student studying Sports Management at UGent. As well as being a football trainer (SV Zulte-Waregem), activity leader and manager (Kazou and Route du Soleil) and a volunteer at the Ghent Red Cross, I am first and foremost a keen sportsman. After competitive swimming and football, I set my sights on extreme challenges: running 100km, Marathon des Sables, swimming the channel Dover-Calais, etc.

My favourite Etixx products
During long training sessions, I mainly use the Isotonic thirst-quencher, since eating large amounts is not easy while running. After a training session, I use the Recovery Shake (kiwi/raspberry), and after an intensive/interval training/long training session (>2.5 hours) the Recovery Shake PRO LINE (I can recommend banana).
For a new dose of strength, I eat the delicious, energy-rich and fast-digesting Sport Bar Energy Marzipan. What else do you want?

Weightlifting
Soy Nina y tengo 20 años. Llevo casi 8 años haciendo halterofilia y he conseguido grandes resultados. Solía hacer gimnasia, así que siempre he sido activa y competitiva. También he soñado siempre con estar en los Juegos Olímpicos, ¡y estoy muy orgullosa de haberlo conseguido en 2021!

Swimming
I started swimming when I was only 3 years old. Since then perserverance, sacrfice and ambition have been the key to my success and mark me the way to act and thnik. Howecer,I am not only a swimmer, i am a Biologist too (speciality pharmeceutical industry) that is why I see the importance of supplementory feeding in sports preparation. I have been working together with Etixx for mny years. They have accompanied me to great championships (Rio 2016) but also to personal challenges such as Camino de Santiago. Finally, I concluded that sumplementory feeding is esencial for succes.

Table tennis
I am a motivated person who likes to keep busy, you can usually find me with a full diary and a smile on my face. I became an ambassador for Etixx this year, but I have been using the products for much longer. I often suffer from energy dips and I have found the solution to this in Etixx’s products, including the Sport Gummies and the Energy Sport Bars. But, looking forward to the Recovery products afterwards can also increase motivation during training. The Etixx ambassadors team is a great group and I am proud to be a part of it!
