El deporte le vino de familia. Nadadora en sus comienzos pero con 13 años probó el triatlón y se Entrenó 3 años en el CGTD de Pontevedra y posteriormente 7 en la Blume de Madrid, donde quedó.
Actualmente, y desde 2021 entrena bajo las órdenes de su padre en el grupo #ShrekTeam , dónde hasta el momento ha logrado sus mejores éxitos (Campeona de España 2022
entrena entre 20-30H semanales, y su producto preferido son las sweet and salty.

Athletics (marathon)
I am a 27-year-old marathon runner with very big ambitions. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been living 100% as a professional athlete because of my contract with Topsport Defence. This gives me an excellent opportunity to get the most out of my sports career! I am also active as a coach within the Altius project of Runners' Lab Athletics Team and I enjoy delving into the world of stocks and real estate.

Trail running, running, cycling, and triathlon
Sport has been a part of my life since I was a child. When I discovered trail running through my climbing partner at the end of 2015, this sport grew into my biggest passion next to cycling. Covering ultra-distances over inhospitable terrain. Overcoming yourself, nature and the elements after an endless battle. Finishing a challenging trail run or skyrace gives me great satisfaction. Running gives me the faith and mental strength to keep going at all times. Both on a professional, personal and sports level. Etixx is an important link in this chain. You find the necessary willpower, determination and physical capability within yourself. But having the right nutrition before, during and after exercise can sometimes be the key to success.
