I am Jeroen D'hoedt and I like to practice a number of sports including running, cycling, padel, tennis, mountain biking, etc. The nice thing is that Etixx has the right products for each of these sports in its range, ensuring optimum recovery between training sessions. I have also been able to take part in a few Etixx events such as the Ghent-Wevelgem Cyclo, a fantastic experience!

My absolute favourite is the Isotonic Watermelon: it is essential to keep drinking while exercising, but you must also take in sufficient carbohydrates. The watermelon flavour is really delicious and I can't get enough of it.
Another vital pillar of support is the Recovery Shake PRO LINE: no strenuous workout is complete until I’ve had my recovery. Both the banana and the chocolate flavour go down very nicely.
My favourite sport bars are the Energy Nougat Sport Bar, Energy Marzipan Sport Bar and Energy Sport Bar (chocolate). My fFavourite gels are the Nutritional Energy Gel and Isotonic Energy Gel.
Athletics
I'm just a girl who fell in love with running a few years ago. I really enjoy my job and I love sharing it with que most amazing people, my teammates. I like to push myself to limits and see what I am capable of. I am also quite competitive and I always give my all when I race. Apart from running I also love coffee, the sun, a good book, dressing up, crocheting, and of course having fun with my friends.

Sports were instilled in me from a young age, and soon I, like my brother and sister, got involved in athletics. Long-distance running is a form of relaxation therapy for me, even though my goal is to reach the top. As a dietitian, I traded the nurturing spoon for the Etixx gels, which I hope, just like the nurturing spoon, will help me grow big—but in sports.
