Helena Moragas
Triathlete Female, Her beginnings were in gymnastics, but at an early age, she wanted to make a change and was offered to try triathlon. She liked the change, and now she is part of the Spanish triathlon team.
She trains between 20-30 hours per week, and her favorite Etixx product is the chocolate-flavored recovery proline.
Her best results include:
- 4th place in the Junior World Championship
- Junior European Champion
- Bronze in the European Aquathlon Championship
- Spanish Champion in Duathlon and Triathlon

I am a 27-year-old marathon runner with very big ambitions. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been living 100% as a professional athlete because of my contract with Topsport Defence. This gives me an excellent opportunity to get the most out of my sports career!
