I’m an active, adventurous person who loves staying fit and exploring the outdoors. CrossFit and weightlifting keep me pushing my limits, but I’m just as happy unwinding in nature. Whether it’s camping under the stars or heading out for long walks with my dog, I’m always looking for ways to enjoy the little things. For me, it’s all about finding balance—staying strong, soaking up the outdoors, and making time for the people (and pets!) that matter most.

Due to my PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), sports have become an important outlet for me. At the same time, I try to help as many people as possible by giving them advice, so that they can also benefit from what I have learned.
