Silke Werkhoven

Hi, I’m Silke, also known as @fitbysilke. I’m a passionate runner on a mission to break the 3-hour mark in the marathon. When I’m not logging miles on the road, you’ll find me on the bike, I even founded a cycling group in Friesland to bring people together through movement. Through every high and low, I share my journey authentically to inspire others to move with purpose, grow through challenges, and push beyond their limits.

Athletics (Heptathlon)

My name is Clémence Beretta, and I'm a professional athlete specialising in the 20 km race walk. I train once or twice a day, guided by a strong philosophy: focusing on the process rather than the outcome, while staying aligned in mind, heart, and body. Over the years and through 16 selections for the French national team, my approach has evolved significantly. I’ve developed a deep awareness of my body and sensations, prioritising my mental well-being and personal balance over an obsession with the stopwatch.

Running, mountain biking, fitness and swimming

Over the past eight years, I have learned a lot from my experiences with running, both what works and what doesn’t. These experiences have allowed me to listen to my body. Due to my PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), sports have become an important outlet for me. At the same time, I try to help as many people as possible by giving them advice, so that they can also benefit from what I have learned.
